Unfortunately, not every tutor has knowledge/familiarity of different platforms used by Ivy Tech, so I essentially just wasted mine and the tutor's time. I felt really bad, because I was paired with someone from NY, and he probably felt unpleasant about the situation too. He was very nice and at least he was direct and able to redirect me back to the college.
